Where exactly do you operate?
We are based in Wolverhampton and proudly serve the entire West Midlands and the UK, including Tettenhall, Penn, Codsall, Wednesfield, and surrounding villages. If you aren’t sure if we cover your area, just give us a call!
Do I need to be home while you clean?
That is entirely up to you! Many of our working professional clients provide us with a key or a code for secure entry. We are happy to discuss key-holding arrangements during our initial consultation.
How do you calculate your rates?
We believe in fair, transparent pricing. Our rates are based on the size of the property and the type of service required (e.g., a standard weekly clean vs. a deep clean). We provide free, no-obligation quotes so there are never any hidden surprises.
What makes your service “Eco-Friendly”?
We prioritize products that are biodegradable and non-toxic. This means your home is free from harsh chemical odors, making it safer for children, pets, and those with respiratory sensitivities.
How far in advance do I need to book?
For regular weekly or bi-weekly cleans, we can usually slot you in within 7 days. For Removal Services or Deep Cleans, we recommend booking 1–2 weeks in advance, especially during busy moving seasons.
Are you insured and vetted?
Absolutely. For your peace of mind, Arise & Shine Cleaning Service Ltd is fully insured with Public Liability Insurance. As a family-run business, we personally vet every team member to ensure they meet our high standards of integrity and excellence.
Do you provide your own cleaning supplies?
Yes. We arrive fully equipped with high-quality, eco-friendly cleaning products and professional-grade equipment (including HEPA-filter vacuums and carpet extractors). If you have a specific product you prefer us to use, just let us know.
What is included in an “End of Tenancy” clean?
Our end-of-tenancy service is designed to meet the strict requirements of Wolverhampton estate agents. It includes a deep clean of all rooms, inside windows, skirting boards, and kitchen appliances. We aim to help you secure your full deposit return.
How do you handle pets?
We love pets! We just ask that you let us know in advance if you have furry friends so we can ensure we use the best approach to keep them comfortable while we work.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that life happens. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. This allows us to offer the slot to another client on our waiting list.
