Welcome to Arise & Shine Cleaning Service Ltd. By booking our services, you (the “Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions.


1. Services

  • Arise & Shine Cleaning Service Ltd agrees to provide professional cleaning and/or removal services as described in the service quote or booking confirmation.

  • We provide all necessary eco-friendly cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

2. Quotations and Pricing

  • All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

  • Quotes are based on the information provided by the Client. If the property condition differs significantly from the description (e.g., extreme soiling or additional rooms), we reserve the right to amend the price.

  • Parking & Congestion: The Client is responsible for providing a parking space or covering the cost of parking/congestion charges if applicable in the Wolverhampton/West Midlands area.

3. Payment Terms

  • Regular Domestic Cleaning: Payment is due on the day of service via Bank Transfer or Cash.

  • One-off / Deep / End of Tenancy Cleans: A deposit may be required to secure the booking. The remaining balance must be paid immediately upon completion of the work.

  • Late payments may incur a fee of £50 for administrative costs.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.

  • If our team is unable to gain access to the property at the scheduled time (Lock-out), the full service fee will remain payable.

5. Client Obligations

  • The Client must provide access to the property at the scheduled time (via key-holding or being present).

  • The Client must ensure that water and electricity are available at the property for the duration of the clean.

  • Please secure any high-value items, jewelry, or fragile heirlooms prior to the service.

6. Insurance and Liability

  • Arise & Shine Cleaning Service Ltd maintains Public Liability Insurance.

  • In the event of accidental damage, the Client must notify us within 24 hours of the service completion.

  • We are not liable for damage caused by faulty installation of fixtures (e.g., loose shelving or leaking taps) or pre-existing wear and tear.

7. Complaints and Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours.

  • We will return to rectify the specific area of concern free of charge. We do not offer cash refunds; our policy is to correct the work to meet our high standards.

8. End of Tenancy Specifics

  • Our End of Tenancy guarantee is valid for 48 hours following the clean. We recommend the inventory check take place within this window.

9. Privacy Policy (GDPR)

  • We respect your privacy. Any personal data collected (name, address, contact details) is used solely for the purpose of providing our services and billing. We will never share your data with third parties without your consent.

10. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
